It is not a surprise that our belly is the place number one, where we collect our fat. In accordance with experts of medicine, belly fat can be both subcutaneous and visceral, but in any way, it is an unhealthy fat. People who have big belly seem to have serious health problems and moreover, they tend to have a high risk to get hard diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep problems, etc. In general, everything starts with the belly fat and then widespread throughout the whole body.
Part#2: Thighs and Butt
The next parts of our body, which collect the largest amount of fat, are thighs and butt. In fact, almost all women in the world want to have a beautiful and slim body. As for the butt, it should have a nice form, but when there is too much fat there and at the thighs, our body is not perfect anymore. By the way, women more tend to gain fat at such parts of our body as thighs and butt, and what is more, is that they may have a pear-shaped body. Nevertheless, it is a subcutaneous fat, which is possible to burn.
The next parts of our body are our sides. Actually, both men and women tend to gain fat at these places. They are situated on the sides of the stomach and can be also called as love handles.

The next parts of our body, which used to collect much fat, are chest and underarms. Almost all people with extra weight (both men and women) have much fat in these zones. Actually, while speaking about our chest, we should mention that women look rather natural, but as for men, they seem to have man boobs. As for our underarms, the fat appears in our hands (in three-part muscle also known as triceps) and then can spread to the armpit area.
The last body part on our list is a human back. In fact, both men and women tend to collect much fat in this zone. Usually, the fat appears equally, and then it can spread to our front part (belly, sides, chest, etc.). However, women back fat can be also called as bra overhang.
Well, as far as you can see, there are several parts of our body, which collect the biggest amount of fat. They are our belly (stomach), thighs, butt, sides, chest, underarms, and back. In any way, extra weight is not a normal thing, and what is more, is that it can cause serious diseases such as two types of diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep problems, etc. So, that is why we should pay attention to our health and control our weight.
